This starts a chain of events that eventually turn him into a devil as a part of the Rias family, and he has a relic inside his body that makes him a dragon. As a part of the Rias family Issei helps his families members in a variety of ways. Honestly, this anime is a thriller and a joy to watch. I recommend the uncensored version, because the are only a few necessary cuss words that help build the tension of the anime's story. ENJOY!!!!!
