I just found this picture from Google and it seems like thousands of people has already been asking this exact same feature since the birth of Windows 10 but still get absolutely nothing from this loving company called Microsoft. Dang it.
I'm also sorry if I can't explain things very well, unfortunately I'm not a native English speaker.
Also, I have never used Windows Vista so I don't know how the taskbar behaves in there or its settings. Hopefully the image I post will be enough to show what I need, even if I didn't even make it.
