Same with Steins;Gate, if you have read Chaos;Head, then you might enjoy Steins;Gate since it's by the same company.
Another VN I would recommend is The House In Fata Morgana. It does share a lot of elements that Tsukihime and Umineko has, and art is absolutely fucking fantastic since it goes for a realistic art style rather than typical anime art style most VNs goes for.
And if you want mystery VNs, you might enjoy Danganronpa series. While the writing isn't as good as Higurashi and Umineko, it's worth playing for the mysteries, music and the unique gameplay it offers.
