1) you should be doing this at work, on a work computer. Not "should", have too. If I remember correctly, you have to be logged in with your ndp info so they know you did it.
2) Use IE. The older the better probably.
If youre an authorized dealer in some gas station or something you might have to get in touch with the liaison for your area.
