I'd like to convert some mp4 files into webm files for /wsg/. Since the limit is now 6mb, I need to have options available to keep the files within that size. I'm having problems understanding ffmpeg and getting it to run via cmd, so what other programs would allow me to convert my files? Preferably ones with a gui.
