The anime Monster is about a male doctor who inadvertently saves the life of someone dangerous and who feels it's his duty to go after him and stop him. Much of the focus of the story is about the male protagonist's morality and personal sense of duty, as getting dragged into the criminal underworld puts him in conflict with his doctor's oath to commit no harm.
