You lack discipline. The easiest way to develop discipline is establishment of a routine. The effort you exert toward your goal should be as natural as eating. If possible, schedule a set minimum amount of time to work each day, and postpone gratification (video games, tv, socializing, etc.) until this minimum time limit is met. If possible, this should be in the morning, after breakfast, when you are virile. I would also suggest incorporating some kind of meditation into your routine. You don't have to go full yogi, just find some kind of meditative thing to do, like walking around the neighborhood, or talking to your plants, whatever. Just something that is simultaneously deliberate and nonstimulating. I can't explain why, it's just good for you mentally.
