Many years ago I saw a few pages from a manga- I don't know if it was a series or a one-shot or what but the premise kind of disturbed me and I've never been able to find it since.
It was set in a school, and the students were preparing to be executed by the teachers. But everyone involved was totally cheerful about it and not the least bit scared or freaked out. I remember one part specifically, where a boy asks a female teacher to be the one to kill him by decapitation but she refuses because she's bad at it and the last time she tried it took several swings. If anyone can tell me the source or just give me a lead on it I'd be very grateful.
