A high-end prebuilt PC will have the same performance in a smaller, quieter, less-obtrusive case, because all the components have been sized to fit the case, and the heatsinks fans motherboard and airflow have all been designed to cool the thing efficiently and quietly.
If you're not fucked about that kind of thing then great. Choice is a good thing.
