As for your post, I don't watch much comedy anime so I can't say much when it comes to pure joy but I always get a kick from Konosuba. Maoujou de Oyasumi is great too. If you're okay with something that isn't necessarily happy then Girl's Last Tour is great. Pretty much any CGDCT anime will do the trick for me regardless of quality though. Ueno-san wa Bukiyou is pretty damn funny but it's also a bit creepy if you're not a pedo. First season of Maria Holic is fun, especially the later half. Yuru camp is great
