in my experience, there's different peak retard hours in all different boards. here in my place most boards (at least the ones i visit) become filled with shitposters close to and past midnight until late morning. after that time ofc there's still shitposts here and there but it's significantly less than before.
your best bet would be to post on those times where there's less of them so that you'd get ("more") reliable results, also it's better to post when there's less traffic so that more people can see your thread rather than it being pruned a minute later
