Since CHKDSK doesn't work, what would SFC command do in this situation? Thinking of trying all repair options I have after I backup.
But general question: Should I run ddrescue first, or GetDataNow, or Recuva? What is the ideal order to recover as much as possible? (hopefully everything)

How many -rN times would you suggest? I read somewhere that more than once will further ruin the data, while more might provide a chance at recovering more from faulty sectors.
