I watch anime and movies on my phone and it's far more convenient for me to stream via netflix or free anime/movie sites than it is for me to torrent. yes I have a TV and computer. and yes I even use torrents (for music and programs & games, just not for shows and movies) and I'm fine with it because I don't care so much about quality & hoarding when it comes to watching shit.
just accept the fact that it's not a big deal for a lot of people to have the best of the best of the best when it comes to something as mundane as watching tv
