>>961479>>961480I was gonna let you know OP, just tired avidemux and it does what you want. It snip a part of the video and keeps the subs but by hardcoding it.
I think the limitation is that you can only snip one piece per encoding though, so don't think you can add multiplel segments to one encoding but not sure.
Also for this initial test the subs came out small as FUCK. not sure if you can change that in any way.
