It's very basic, most likely drawn in MS Paint. There's a series of them, it features Anon, a girl who sometimes comes over to play and makes innuendos that innocent anon doesn't pick up on and his mother.
The comic in particular I am after has him saying something along the lines of "I may be as dumb as a bunch of rocks, but I sure as hell love these video games"
