What I don't like is "give me Chinese cartoon plox :D". A sticky would be useful on cutting down some of the unnecessary work but it shouldn't stop us from answering questions.
After having recommended the same shows repeatedly, I think we need a better system, lest I start foaming at the mouth if I have to type the same show names everyday for the rest of my life.
