All they have to do is plant evidence on someone inside a normal looking file (Operation Flicker) and ruin his life. Jews do it all the time because they all rape kids and have shitloads of CP on their machines. For example the democrats used it to frame Eliot Cutler because he was a spoiler candidate for the dems in the Maine gubernatorial election.
3. The definition of CP is intentionally vague. You could go to prison for a European children's book or pics of your kids in the bathtub. I have 4 kids myself, and over eager nonce hunters scare me a LOT more than genuine nonces.
