Does there really exist a site to hack ANY telegram account for a small price? If that were the case, where's the hacked celebrities? Also do you really think doing this is profitable, selling the exploit is way more profitable than releasing the wild.
There's no way for a technology illiterate normalfag like you to access another peoples account protected by professionals. If you want to "recover" the account your best bet is to contact support. Any scripts and sites you try will at best only steal your credit card details.
