You can see that comfortable hand grip with their Intellimouse 3.0 series. But MSFT got out of the mouse business and you can find affordable version in Logitech mice such as the M720. I'm not telling you to buy a plebian mouse such as the M720, but take a look and you'll see the nice carpal tunnel reduction grip for it. I use the M720 and am happy with it. This is a bluetooth wireless mouse, so if you are one of those serious gamers, you'll get their wired version.
Anyways, that angle is for the right hand and works very well for me. As for cleaning mice, I have alcohol in a spray bottle and mist a very small amount on one end of a 7 x 11 paper towel to wipe the mouse every now and then because I have sweaty hands when gaming under stress.
