I'd recommend stretching exercises to regrow your foreskin. You don't need those stretching tools to begin with, you just need to wrap your pointer and thumb of one hand around the base of the head of your penis, and pointer and thumb at the circumcision scar with the other hand, and tug for about 10 minutes a day.
I was TIGHTLY circumcised, and this made it so I actually have a not insignificant amount of foreskin restored to the point where I can actually get the "gliding" motion when masturbating; ie the skin of your dick moves up and down your dick like it's supposed to.
If your parents don't want to hear about it or you can't be assed to restore your body, then keep in mind that non-existence wont bring you any happiness whatsoever.
