>>1433526>I'm referring to helping me focus betterExercising doesn't help me focus either, the only thing that does is taking a break from PC/phone and social media. I don't know why, but whenever I read a book or just do nothing/meditate it's easier to set my goals straight and motivate myself.
Also I don't recommend speaking to your friends about your ambitious plans or projects, because it gives you that fake feeling of achieving something (even though you didn't do anything yet). I know it from my own experience, it was almost always harder for me to finish anything after I already revealed what it is to everyone else.
