If the MEGA link got taken down BY the company that owns pokemon 2000 you COULD POSSIBLY get a letter but the copyright holder would most likey just send a warning telling you to delete it. They can't see who you are just the IP address. Then the ISP passes it along to you. It varies from ISP to ISP though. It's really unlikely though either way and even less likely because the link was only ever posted here and I don't think they would care that much about a bad VHS rip to do more than take it down.
