I THINK it was from the late 90's or early 00's and from a spinoff series like Legends of the Dark Knight
The plot was about Batman bored on the batcave trying to find something to do, looks on the batcomputer for ongoing crimes, tries calling Nightwing or Robin to see what they're up to. In the end Batman gives up and calls Aquaman to help him move a rock at the bottom of an abyss in the batcave, When Aquaman is done he scolds Batman telling him that next time he's bored he should tell him so he can bring beers and videos.
