5. i may have updated drivers, but i know for a fact I was using a VPN and split tunneling is when it started, but idk how that could persist through an OS wipe and fresh install, also I do have a 2ndary HDD and the errors i get are far different on it,
for example, on FF and EDGE, shit just breaks all the time and images fail to load, however on 2ndary HDD pages either load completely or not at all. the SSL sec error was from chrome on 2ndary HDD, whereas the 403 errors were on FF and edge
i also have a lot of torrented files on the 2ndary, is it possible a virus is infecting my network settings? i didnt wipe it when i wiped the os drive. primary is SSD, 2ndary is HDD 6TB
