The other RAM stick seems to work perfectly fine on the 2nd, but seems to stutter on the 4th. It has the sound of power dissipating for a split second a few times then seems to run fine. I'm now running the latter stick in the 2nd slot with the graphics card but there's no display. So it seems one RAM stick is bad although I ran memtest86 with no problems before this. The motherboard might also be damaged? What next?
