The first one is available on SNES, PSP, PS4, and Nintendo Switch. The SNES version is fan-translated. The gameplay in every newer version has been refined and has two more playable characters. The PS4 & Switch versions have updated artwork that more closely matches the SNES version's design.
The second one is realistically available on PS1 and PSP. The PSP version is more refined and has one more playable character. There are PS3, Vita, and PS4 remakes, but I don't know much about them, and they're Japanese-only anyway.
I've played the PSP version of both games, and I absolutely loved them.
