If you're on Chrome right click the page and click "View page source" or click CTRL + U.
Then any URL that ends in jpg, png, gif or any other common image formats, open it and it should be the image your after.
Right click the image > click Save image as.... > save image to your computer
Do you have an account there? You may be able to easily save the images if you do.
