I'd probably suggest the same tutorial but by Proko so you can apply whatever design you want to it instead of lumpy cartoon grandpas.

Each curve or basic shape like the head, chin, and nose in that drawing ideally could be done in one stroke, but it's a hard habit to break. Some artists do small strokes likes that, but takes practice to give it the illusion of it looking smooth.
I'd suggest doodling some basic shapes and basic curves on a page a lot, just to get your shoulder/arm/wrist more loose. Focus on finding a hyperfixation to draw a lot as well.
