If you're willing to be a bit less picky I could also recommend Hunt: Showdown and Insurgency: Sandstorm. Insurgency just has playable female characters but no sexual/racial bs. Hunt isn't really even woke imo, but it originally launched without female hunters and they added them later after backlash. Also has plenty of racial minorities too but it's not in a pandering wokey way like Overwatch and Valorant do it ("We're adding our first Malaysian hero so everyone can be represented!!!1!1!!!") they just...exist in the game. Which is the right way to do representation imo.
