1.My headset creates a thumping noise when the volume is too loud
2. When I turn the bass down completely the thumping goes away(in orange is the bass control slider)
3.The slider handlebars are cracked but I taped them up(split in two with the wire exposed)
4.The long cable has some nicks in them
What's wrong with my headset
