Same sex marriage makes no sense; homosexuals should have a way to acquire the legal rights that marriage brings, but under another name and process. It makes no sense that the institution that binds two people into a family should be given to two people who are not capable of making a family because they cannot procreate (no, buying a child and pretending you are parents does not count)
