Out of everything I rec Kaiji, Gunbuster, Irresponsible Captain Tylor and Nadia the most. All 10/10's in my opinion.

Best way to watch is to unironically just search the anime's name and "watch online". But if that fails then just watch it on Kissanime.

Also OP, you should really watch some "classics". Surprised you haven't seen Bebop or Eva. I get you wanna branch out but I'd say watch some standard stuff beforehand. Pic related is good for that so save it for future reference.
