But even if you feel uncomfortable with electronics then simply buy chinese device, which capable to transmit in Bluetooth's band (this absolutely legal) and then install jammer software on it.
We interfere with cellphone network few times at my job, just by using radio stations in wrong band. I personally used few times jammer for Wi-fi, though it does not actually jam signal but rather exploits insecurity in original protocol.
