Any more than that is a challenge. Every girl posted so fair has the hair frame, and Akarin's hairbuns hit the "too much hair" and "girlish detail" categories. I have yet to see an anime girl commonly considered "cute" without at least one trait. If you can find one I will be dead on the floor.
