bit of a difficult request, (arguably nsfw but it's not porn) but when I was a kid, I watched a low budget horror(?) movie and I can't find it again. what I remember could be incorrect since I was just a child when I watched it but I seem to remember it was about a woman who goes to prison, and was gifted a teddy bear by a little girl. at first the woman is scared of prison and is a fairly normal person. there's a male guard who I'm pretty sure was a dick to her when she arrived, and the other female inmates seemed to be too. I'm unsure what causes the change, I think the teddy bear was cursed, but her personality suddenly shifted, and she shoves another female inmate's hand into a sink and turns the garbage disposal on. she also later on got a strap-on and raped the male guard.
since this is all from memories that are 10+ years old, some stuff is probably inaccurate, but it was definitely made before 2010, and probably between 2004-2008 and even though it's not porn it was pretty fucked.
