Basically what I learned was do not use the internet. I'm going to buy one of those Raspberry Pi computers and take out all the wifi receptors just to use it to store information and such. As for messaging I'll just use threema or some other open source encrypted apps. Basically I can't trust anything and anyone can destroy me at any moment so my suspicions are confirmed
The basic security tips are also useful and I appreciate it a lot :3
If anyone has any more info or if I can even use raspberry pi I would appreciate it but you've all helped plenty already :)
