If you don't know how to do something, google it. Keep in mind that this is not Windows, it is Linux, so there are going to be different ways of doing things.
I can't speak on your request for Adobe software as I never tried to use any of those programs. As for games I think all the ones you listed have native Linux ports so you should be good. You can actually use MS Office stuff in a web browser, same as the Google office suite.
