So I shut down my computer normally yesterday and come today it will turn on and show the bios splash screen followed by a single beep as it always does on a normal boot up that signifies that the post was successful. Now comes the wired part. Once it reaches this state it just sits at the bios splash and will beep roughly every 20 seconds as if it it is trying to restart the post. After about 5 minutes of this it will then turn itself off and reboot automatically, repeating this infinitely. Also during this I cannot use my keyboard to interact with the bios splash even though the keyboard does light up.
In short, it's stuck in some kind of loop and I don't know how to fix it.
