Hey party people. I live in a dorm. There's a connection problem:
every 10 minutes something happens and I'm disconnecting from every
game. I talked to network admin and he said that the nodes in the
network are synchronizing every 10 minutes (whatever it means) and
that might be causing it.
It's not like I lose connection, it's just couple of miliseconds of
some weird shit in the network.
The thing is: it's not a packet loss. Normally, I think, I would just
lag for a moment and then eveything would be fine. But I'm just
disconnecting. I played Dota 2, Destiny 2, Ironsight, Krunker etc.
Thing that helps me stay in the game: disconnecting the ethernet cable
just before the 10 minute mark and plugging it in. It lags, but I
don't get DC'ed.
What doesn't help: stopping the connection in any other way. I tried
disabling NIC and enabling it, blocking everything using my firewall
and unlocking it. But this just disconnects me from games.
What I want to achieve: to somehow simulate replugging the ethernet
cable every 10 minutes as a script. Or anything that doesn't
disconnect me from the game.
Help please I want my gaems :(
