Years back I stumbled on this web page with an odd logo and the text "Analycize is a company devoted to fucking shit up" and a background image of some twigs. The website seems to have gone down in the past couple years. There's an archive but it lacks the logo and background image:

https://www.cut-group.juggernautco.com/404However it appears to be incorrectly set up because the logo filename has a type in it on the homepage, but not the 404 page so it shows correctly there.
What the actual fuck is this and why have I run into it twice now?
