Get some hobbies, take daily walks, teach yourself something: an instrument, a language, hell even just pick up some books you like. Doesn't need to be highbrow, it could be fantasy or Japanese light novels. Whatever. You need to break free from the mindset that you are destined to be a "cyborg" and cultivate your own path.
