>>1237529So you have chosen "whining".
Anyways, you've spent years claiming that there's a formula for perspective, but now you want other people to prove to you that there's a formula for perspective?
>do i give you a five star or the other guy?Sadly, there isn't another guy, so your objection is moot.
Because I'm feeling nice, here's a final offer: don't whinge or whine or moan, just rotate the line (1,1)->(-1,-1) 90 degrees around the origin. Not in your head, but using a matrix. Once you've managed that, we can talk about more advanced topics like representing a hand as a collection of lines, transforming collections of lines into the world, transforming the world into a perspective 2d representation centered on the origin and looking down the z axis, transforming that transformation matrix so the camera's pointing in an arbitrary direction, changing the perspective point to do a "dolly zoom", and all that good stuff.
But it all starts with you learning to multiply two matrices in order to rotate a line.
It's decision time, big boy: all the mathematics behind perspective and three dimensions, or four more years of whinging. The offer stands for one more post.
