You were in some kind of facility being tested. I remember in the beginning there was something about you having to piss in the right place or something, and if you didn't follow the instructions of a voice, you were killed. So a puzzle game with some dark humour mixed in it (reminded me of portal). Some things probably took a lot of trial and error. Pretty sure it was First person perspective. There were aliens too, that you had to dissect at some point and keep the organs in some refrigerated boxes. I think some of the organs would move on their own? I don't remember if there was actual shooting in the game or you only had to walk around and interact with stuff, but even if there was shooting, it was minimal. For PC.
