I bought unfrozen chicken around early/mid february and I put it in the freezer. The packacing says 'use by 20 Feb', but I froze it prior to then and now it's 26 May (3 months past the expiration date). Is it safe for me to dethaw the chicken and cook it since it was frozen the whole time, even though it's 3 months past expiration?
