togata from firepunch is FtM but can't transition because of regeneration powers. the whole manga is about identitiy shit but its told through an edgy shounen for like 4 volumes untill some really weird shit hapepens and the whole manga gets a major tone shift for the second half. its honestly just a really good series even without reading into the deeper shit just because of how weird it gets some times and Togata is a really fun character too the majority of the time he's on screen.
