Is there any board here where you can talk unfavorably about anything?

I'm surrounded by people and family members who always use their adhd, anxiety, and whatever to gain leverage over me or they use it as a tool of manipulation. I can't vent about it anywhere online, which is odd. Also, many adhd people just want the drugs like Adderall.
Advice board doesn't allow it but is there an appropriate board where I can discuss anything?
Why do we have to be supportive of people who have anxiety or believe in these mental issues?
