Guys please, please help, I'm a complete tech noob with a big problem. I let a friend use my laptop - a Macbook pro with an SSD and they deleted an extremely important word doc on accident, they also emptied my trash bin too. I browsed the internet for a few hours after they used it then when I tried to open my doc and realised what had happened I switched my laptop off immediately in order to improve my chances of saving it. Took it to a specialist, they can't find it - can I do anything else to help find it? Any programs I should run?
