My shithole country has very inefficient mail service, so every purchase is as good as final, not to count all the importing taxes that make everything extra expensive (+100%).
I have already read a shitton of Tomshardware pages before making this thread, and even explained what sort of things I've found in the post you're replying to. There's also a guy who goes on all of these threads suggesting people do a factory reset on their laptops, pretty epic prank.
My laptop is some obscure off-brand setup with custom specs and a dead manufacturer website, so googling for models doesn't work.
It's not my first rodeo with this sort of thing, but I'm mostly used to troubleshooting software, not hardware. Next time I'll make this thread on /wsr/ so it doesn't disturb the bo- OH WAIT
