- an important part of your HDMI port is now inside the plug of the HDMI lead you're using with your PC
- you've broken the DDC pin, so no DDC so no HDCP so no consoles
- you've broken the DDC pin, so no EDID listing HDMI capabilities and resolutions, so no consoles
- the port is worn out and the connections are bad, but the PC's HDMI transmitter is stronger/more accurate than the playstation's, so the TV can still hear the PC but not the playstation
You need to test the TV with a third machine, like a cable box or a Chromecast or a laptop or something. Also check your PC's HDCP status on both devices.
