The Vega11 is part of the Ryzen 2400G APU
The A10-9800 will fit in the same socket, and was a design made with existing CPU/APU technology to provide a very cheap entry to the AM4 socket. (And possibly some OEM things)
And last, the 6450 that somebody proposed. I guess it's out of the idea that "a dedicated GPU is always better" but that is simply not the case. The low end GPU's are horrible value, and often laughable in performance. AMDs APU are the clear option for budget PCs.
